With therapy comes positive change.
When clients decide to work with me, they’re often surprised by how quickly they feel safe enough to peel back those emotional layers – like discovering hidden treasures they didn’t even know they were carrying!
They realize that healing isn’t just about “fixing” anything but more about learning to dance with their own emotions, building real connections, and experiencing intimacy that feels like a warm hug for the soul. And honestly, they’re usually a little blown away by how empowering (and even a little fun) it feels to rewrite their story with compassion and courage!
After a few months of diving into intimacy and attachment work, it’s like the fog starts to clear, and you can finally breathe. Those walls you built to keep yourself safe? They’re coming down brick by brick, making room for connections that feel real – and, dare I say, fantastic.
Relationships can change for the better.
You start feeling this quiet confidence sneak up on you, and suddenly, you’re not just surviving relationships but showing up as your whole self and having fun along the way!
Healing relationships and attachment wounds in today’s swipe-right, text-and-ghost world can feel like trying to solve a puzzle with missing pieces – but with a warm, empathic therapist by your side, it turns into a journey of discovery.
Together, we’ll untangle those tricky patterns and build connections that feel secure, satisfying, and totally you.
It’s not about “fixing” anything – it’s about creating space for the love and intimacy you’ve been craving.
Let’s be honest – therapy is challenging.
Working on intimacy and attachment in therapy isn’t always a walk in the park. Sometimes, it feels like opening an old, dusty box of feelings you’d rather leave in the attic, and other times, it’s like learning a new dance where you keep stepping on your toes.
Even in messy moments, magic happens because every awkward step leads you closer to the kind of love and connection you deserve.
Working with me isn’t just about feeling better in the moment – it’s about giving your future self the gift of real, lasting change. Imagine looking back and realizing you’ve built relationships that feel safe, authentic, and full of joy, all because you did the hard (and sometimes messy) work now.
Your future self will be doing a happy dance, thanking you for investing in healing and finally embracing the love and confidence you’ve always deserved!
About Erin Danylchuk, Counselor, MA, LMHC, NCC
Making meaningful connections motivates me.
I became a mental health therapist because I’ve always been fascinated by the wild ride of human connection. Plus, I’m a sucker for helping people rewrite their relationship stories! I specialize in intimacy and attachment healing, helping you untangle old patterns, enhance your self-worth, and create safe and fulfilling connections.
Think of our work together as a team adventure. I provide a cozy, supportive space to explore your emotions, challenge those pesky limiting beliefs, and practice new ways of showing up for yourself and others.
Therapy with me is not about quick fixes – it’s about giving you the tools to transform your relationships and live a life where love and confidence are as authentic as your favorite cozy sweater. I believe a therapist can only help clients as far as they’ve gone in their healing. I continue to do my inner work with continued personal therapy and constant learning. The more I delve into my journey and find healing, the more effective I am for you.
I’ve been practicing therapy since 2016 and opened the doors to my practice in 2021. I have a variety of experiences in the mental health field, yet I feel at home helping people heal intimacy and attachment wounds.
When I’m not wearing my therapist hat…
…you can find me walking my dogs, Heidi and Bob, traveling with my husband, or napping in the hammock in the backyard. I am obsessed with podcasts, vintage jewelry, and horses.
